Filter Plates Options:
We can supply filter press from 1 to 2000 square meters. And filter plates ranges from 450x450, 800x800mm, 1000x1000mm, 1250x1250mm, 1500x1500mm and 2000mmx200mm. And we can customize filter plates with our current mould.
Production Flow:
The filter press frame is welded by high quality solid steel Q235 and Q345.the frame is the basic part of the filter press, both top are the thrust plate and pressed plate. the two part are connected by the both side crossbeam. the crossbeam is used to support the filter plate, filter frame and press plate.all of the filter plate made by high quality PP material. it can be used around 50000-80000 times.
